Palmer Dental

Ive been a patient for 8 years. My 3 kids and myself. I can't even explain how I can like the dentist and hygienist, but hate the place. Its cancellation after cancellation. Ive gone whole years without cleanings. Ive had a appointment cancelled while I was in the parking lot. Another while I was driving there. Ive been told I didnt have a appointment one time. I had the appointment card, they said sorry it was not put in the system. Im a single dad. I have to miss work for all of these appointments. Theres always new people at the front desk. Always new management changing procedures. Ive tried to prepay many times over the years. I get a FSA card just for this. They always say no. We bill your insurance than you pay the balance. I show up for a filling and she says its 116 before the app

Everyone is so nice at the office. They always greet me by name and we have pleasant conversations while I wait to be seen. The dentist is very good as well. I feel very comfortable as she works on my teeth. I'm very happy with the work she does and know my smile improved by the beautiful teeth I get to show off after my visit.

Update: I will write more soon but working on a resolution with the company for months. I haven't had issues with Dr Ennis or the techs at the site, specifically the administration and their communications. Will expand once full resolution has been made. UPDATED REVIEW Feb 2024: Palmer Dental is under new management so I wanted to update my review. My recent visit was great. My hygienist Tina was so comforting to be around. This wasn't my first visit with them either and she's professional yet personable. I felt like I was in good hands. The Dr was smiling and also the same - didn't feel judged at all and left laughing with the staff. Thank goodness they got rid of the last front desk staffer... much better people there now. I have been a patient of Palmer Dental for quite a few years. The past year has been the best with their new dentist, Dr. Ennis - I didn't have any dental work, but my dental exam was thorough, complete and professional. I have the same dental hygienist, Tina for my cleanings every 6 months and she is nothing less than AWESOME. When you walk into the office, staff are attentive and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. In today's world that is AMAZING!

I had been coming here for many years but between rude front desk staff and trying to double charge me for things I had already paid for I had enough and finally learned to not come here. I had a crown done here where the female dentist told me I didn't need a root canal, so i went with what she said and I now have pain all the time where the crown is because I listened to her. I now go to Belchertown Baystate Dental where they are honest and extremely nice!!
