GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE!!! They refuse too let me refill my prescriptions. I went to find a new doctor as a result. So im in between doctors.... I have an appointment on the 12th. They wouldn't fill my prescription until i can see my new doctor. So now I have no medication for 2 weeks at least and it's a CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. Going to be a journey to say the least until the Nov 12th with no medication. Thank you Casimir Tussiont. you're a horrible Doctor and even worse you dont know it. Anything other than a 1 star review is a lie. Im sure most people who go there can agree with me. Its ILLEGAL to not give your patient a 1x 90 supply of their medication. Or 3x 1 month supply. They have been incorrectly billing me for months. I called my insurance and was told that I do have full coverage, and that the billing department needs to refile properly. Here’s the problem, I cannot get ahold of billing. I call the number, and am stuck on hold for hours before I give up and leave a voice mail. I’ve been trying for a month now to get ahold of someone. When I spoke to the people at the building, I was told the manager said “just keep calling.” I said that wasn’t working. When asked about speaking to a manager, I was told no. So essentially, I’m getting stacks of bills and being told “tough” because they won’t allow me to speak to someone who can help. All I can do is waste hours of my days getting no results. I’m not entirely sure what’s going on, but scheduling is a nightmare. Of all the people I’ve tried to see, they’ve all had one of the following problems. Cancelling almost every appointment, making scheduling in general really hard, or having an appointment, then not knowing I showed up for said appointment and thus never coming out and missing my appointment entirely. One clinician was accepting new patients just two months before going on a planned leave, and then cancelled most appointments up until they left. I guess they weren’t anticipating their new clients to be needing more than a month or needing any intense support. My review was deleted along with dozens of others as the person above said. I'll be looking into this with both Google reviews compliance and patient relations.
