The pharmacy is awful here. I’ve used CVS for years across multiple towns, but the Palmer one is horrendous. Lack of communication, refusal to reach out to providers, and inconsistent information have been significant problems and all of which have left me without meds or short on my medication. My provider and I have reached out numerous times and it’s still not resolved, and no one at the pharmacy is on the same page so it’s like going in circles and still not getting the prescription. I’m definitely switching and would highly recommend anyone that needs meds, especially on a consistent basis, to find an alternative pharmacy.
Its a CVS... but it is clean and organized... which better than some other stores.
I have not had a single interaction at this pharmacy that wasn't with a miserable, snippy and unwelcoming.
this is one of the best Pharmacy in town quick service and very friendly people they're open every day unlike Walgreens glad I went back to CVS I will stay with them from now on the drive thru makes my life much easier
Love the pharmacy staff! Always friendly and helpful! Jane & Nicole are 5 star ⭐️ employees! Give them a raise!
