I had a great experience at this office. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from check-in to check-out. The Dr. Boyd took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. The office was clean and well-organized, and scheduling was easy. Highly recommend!

Dr Boyd and his staff are absolutely amazing! The doctor stayed talking to me and my wife longer than he should have I’m sure! But he wanted to know every detail of my pain. I pray his methods will work for me. I feel better already just knowing I have a caring Dr and staff looking after me.

The physicians are great, but the surgery center is s is sub-par at best. On Friday I received a Melinda at the surgery center informing me that they needed to push my appointment out by a week because they made a careless mistake and listed the prior provider in the pre-authorization that they sent to insurance. I told Melinda that I am in extreme pain, and I needed them to escalate and find a solution. Melinda assured me that she would escalate to her supervisor, Millie, and one of them would call me back in an hour. When Melinda did call back almost 2 hours later, the only option she offered was delaying my procedure by two days and driving to San Marcos. Dr Massey & surgical staff are wonderful. Dr Frederick is also wonderful. The front desk person named Maria has been curt/ unfriendly each time I have been there for a procedure. It makes an already stressful day worse. I really tried to be extra nice & still no change. What I recently noticed was the male clients get a sweeter disposition from her.

This is a great facility and the staff is very friendly. Even though my injections didn’t work, I would definitely recommend this place if you ever needed to come here.
