Dr. Gutierrez has been fantastic. He's done the via disk procedure on my lower back and radio frequency ablation on my neck and I felt super comfortable and relaxed both times. Looking forward to continuing my pain management with him. Overall a great facility and friendly staff. They're fast to respond to portal messages and pick up the phone. And even if they do place you on a brief hold, their hold music is literally the most pleasant one I've ever heard lol.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Genaro Gutierrez and his PA Kaycee Frederick for almost 10 years now. I’ve kind of watched them both grow up. And they’ve watched me get older. LOL! As I’ve said before. They have tried everything to help me outside of pain medications. Every time there are new technologies or alternative treatments available we try them out. Unfortunately I have Buergers Syndrome and I’ll probably always be in pain. I am hopeful that one day we’ll find a solution. At the end of the day I am really lucky to have them in my corner. If you suffer from chronic pain I don’t think there is anyone better than my team. Dr G and Kaycee are pretty damn awesome!

Dr. Gutierrez has been my doctor for years now, and to me, he's the one doctor who makes sense for my condition. He shoots straight, lets me know about my viable options, and advises me on what I can expect for my treatments on down the line. That's why he's been the only doctor that I've allowed to conduct surgical procedures on me because there's an existing level of trust that no one else can give me, and believe me, I've LOOKED, but there's no one else remotely like him, his physician assistants (whom I have similar trust with) and his staff. Top doc of Austin, Texas? That's cool, because he's MY doctor.

As a new patient for three months, I am extremely pleased with everyone at Pain Specialists of America, specifically the James Casey office. The entire staff, from the front desk to the back office, is friendly, professional, and provides a comforting environment. I was fortunate to be assigned to Kaycee Power Fredrick, who seamlessly facilitated the transition from my previous clinic. Suffering from chronic pain, her treatment plan has allowed me to live a more normal life and effectively manage my pain.
