READ THIS IF YOU ARE SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING PAIN MANAGEMENT WITH THIS DOCTOR!!!!! I was a patient of this clinic for over 3 years and I was ignored and made to know Dr. Jones is running a pill mill that works within the guidelines of the law. I had an issue with the price of my medication and asked for my script to be sent to another pharmacy so I could use goodrx. I contacted this office Tuesday and talked to the staff asking for my problem to be resolved. It never got addressed by the staff. Wednesday I call again nothing is done. Thursday I go into the office and speak to the staff, still nothing was done. On Monday I stop in and talk to the staff and guess what nothing was done to correct the issue. It is Tuesday now I go into and speak to the office manager. She assured me the problem

Everyone was so friendly in welcoming me to the practice, and when I met Dr. Jones he was patient to listen to my issues and caring and wanted to help me! He talked out options with me where I didn’t feel rushed or like I was just a “number”…I felt heard and like Dr. Jones was going to actually help my pain issues! I’m excited for the future for me in getting the relief I have been wanting for years by having a caring doctor that is actually present with his patients! Thank you Dr. Jones! 😊

I had another round of shoulder injections, a la Dr. Mansfield, today & I couldn't be happier. He always reminds me not to expect real results for anywhere between 2 days to 2 weeks but, as usual, I feel SO much better IMMEDIATELY! He's doing a RFA (Radio Frequency Ablation) on my lower spine soon & I'm anxious to see how much it helps my back & hips, so I'll keep you posted... 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Love...love ..love them all. Everyone is so nice and respectful to me. And Andy takes he's time to listen to all my needs and he does all he can do to help you and he will even send you somewhere else if you need testing. Been with them for years. They listen to your needs and care about your health!!!!.

I don’t think there’s enough room here to express how wonderful Dr Mark Jones and his team are. He has given me my life back after years of debilitating pain. I am able to do so much more now thanks to him. Dr.Mark has always been very patient when I’ve gone in to consult with him answering all of my questions regarding the best approach to take. There’s several different types of procedures he is trained in and explains everything really well so patients can make the best decision based on their individual needs. I spent years in several pain mgt offices in different state's and he is the only physician I would let do this surgical procedure.
