I have been a patient of this clinic for over 20 years! I see Dr Grove! He is wonderful and is so thorough and so knowledgeable! The staff is great! They are always on top of insurance approvals, scheduling and medication inquiries. The PAs are also great! My husband has also been going to clinic for as long as I have! If you need a great pain clinic this is the perfect place!

5 + stars. The staff is extremely helpful. They are all very professional. I love the atmosphere at Osborn surgery center, it is calming, bright & spacious. Everyone works together. It is nice that Dr Kubitz explains every step he does during the procedure. Very thorough. I highly recommend here.

I put in a request for an appointment in MyChart one evening, and received a call the next morning to schedule the appointment. It was pretty quick. I arrived early (25 minutes instead of the requested 15) and had done the online paperwork so check in was quick. The office was very busy. I had to wait until my appointment time. Once I was called back, Dr. Bui saw me quickly. He listened and asked good questions about my health journey. He also provided helpful advice based on his own personal experience. Unfortunately I had one potential health issue that made getting a nerve ablation done unwise until the extent of my issue is known. Dr. Bui does great work; I know that he will help me once we know that my issue is not a problem.

The nurse practitioner, Aly, was one of the most prepared providers I have met. He obviously researched my chart and condition and was ready to roll as soon as he walked in. I've been a satisfied patient of Dr Grove for years, but it was my first visit with his NP, so I was really impressed that the Aly had prepared so well. He also listened carefully and explained the procedure he was recommending. A+!

Brittney is awesome, The best pain management center.. Ladies are always so pleasant at check in and out. The nurses who bring you back are always so warm. Brittney truly shows you she cares, she’s concerned how you feel, always goes beyond the typical office duties.. She listens, and she asks questions. I’ve been to many pain centers due to insurance change, and this by far is the best.. I drive almost 2 hours away, it’s always been worth the drive. 💜💜💜💜🎄🎁
