P3 Compounding Pharmacy

I've been getting my prescription filled here, and the staff is friendly and helpful. What I appreciate most is their convenient auto-refill system and text notifications that alert me when my medication is ready for pickup. The efficiency is remarkable—I never wait. I simply arrive, collect my prescription, complete payment, and I'm on my way in just two minutes. It's a seamless experience that makes managing my medications effortless.

There was no one at the front/counter when I walked in, but there were cameras in the area. In just a few minutes, someone came out to wait on me. She was cordial and stepped away to gather my Rx and take my payment. The encounter was short and to the point. I have BCBST Preferred insurance, but had to pay cash because they do not take insurance. Very pricey, I felt.

Dr called in a prescription on Monday. They called to verify if I wanted it filled. I said yes. They said they would call when it was ready. It wasn't ready until Wednesday, but the staff is nice and the pharmacist took time to explain everything to me. Waiting a little longer and paying a little more is worth it for personalized care.

I picked up my prescription and when I looked at the tube, I thought it was empty. This was a refill and I am familiar with the quantity. I called the pharmacy to tell them that there was nothing there. The pharmacist assured me that the cream was inside. After looking closely, indeed there was a little! It was supposed to be 10 gm, after weighing the cream, it came out as 3 gm. I told the pharmacist to give me the rest of the cream since it was obviously a mistake. He was very condescendant and told me that my scale was wrong! I paid 45 dollars for 3 gm. It would have been so easy to say that it was a mistake and move on! Needless to say that I took my monthly prescription somewhere else.

I’ve had nothing but excellent service from P3 pharmacy. From the pharmacist to the technicians everyone has always been helpful and friendly. They have taken orders for me for pain creams on several occasions and the products have been consistent and helpful. I would highly recommend this is pharmacy for your compounded medications.
