Dr. Smith refused to care for me and it was quite clear because I am a veteran and I believe he immediately thought a drug addict. I was asking for a pain prescription because I was leaving for a job in Kuwait. I had had recent total shoulder replacement surgery at Prisma that had not gone well. I would have been glad to explore other forms of pain relief although I had no time before departing, of course he made clear none of that mattered. It amuses me when a doctors video states they are so caring when it’s the exact opposite. I recently contacted Dr. Smith to inform him I was returning from Kuwait and would have the time to explore options other than opioids and he replied to seek help through another pain group, not because he was not accepting new patients. I’ve been chronically ill for over a decade, with constant chronic pain, and I’ve literally seen hundreds of doctors and specialists. He was the worst. I think that speaks for itself. He didn’t help at all after the office staff said he could, he’s completely apathetic and I paid $300 for him to ignore me. Do. Not. Go. To. Him.

Dr. Smith is a wonderful caring doctor great bedside manner he listens and really cares
