I had a to have a prescription refilled day of to meet an unexpected travel need. They didn't have the full amount of medication on hand but drove to their Tukwilla location to pick up the missing medicine to meet my travel deadljne. Truly excellent customer service.

Othello Pharmacy provides great service! I love the fact that they offer so many resources beyond filling your prescription. You can tell Othello Pharmacy cares about giving back to their community. I have been using them to fill my prescriptions for years and I don’t plan on stopping :)

Been going here for 2 years now I’m so happy I switched from a big grocery store over to this concentrated and focused group of helpful people. I’ve gotten my shots there for travel with no hassle, and I’m rarely standing in line for my meds. Seattles best rx by a long shot

I've been getting my RX here since they opened about 7 years ago. The owners are great, and we've been on a first name basis since day 1. I get much better service here than I ever have at a chain store and they're just 2 blocks from my house. Highly recommend.

I really wanted to support local business but I have switched to Safeway. I had one remaining prescription here which I called to confirm its readiness. I sent my family member in to pick it up and they said they didnt have it. I called to follow up and she said it had been marked picked up even though it hadnt been. I didnt want to leave a bad review for a small business but this put me over the edge. There is a mistake here every single time I have used them in the last three years. Not reliable.
