You can actually feel warmth and hear laughter in this office, even with how hard they work and how seriously they take their positions. I felt relaxed and welcomed the moment I walked in. The office is clean, everyone has a friendly, attentive, genuine demeanor, and you never feel like just a number. I felt listened to, not rushed, and that alone sets them apart. I wanted to leave this review to let you know that I’ve been seeing Dr. Ann and Dr. K for at least two years. It has been the best experience that I have ever had with a Dentist Dr. K when she injects you, I really don’t even feel those injections. I’ve never experienced that before. I absolutely love this practice and the staff here. This is coming from someone who has extreme anxiety towards the whole dental experience and avoided going for over 10 years. About a year ago, I had a broken tooth that needed to be extracted. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment to the time I checked out all the doctors, and staff were amazing. They explained everything to me multiple times first the doctors, then the dental hygienist, and the receptionist. I love and appreciate that sooo much, and I'm never confused when I leave. To this day Taylor and Paige make going so much easier to go for my routine cleanings.
