I had to wait about a month and a half for my crown and it still isn’t the right shape or color. I understand the case was difficult, but I was also promised quality care. I don’t have the time or money to keep going back.

We lost 3 patients due to this lab. We sent SEVERAL cases back MORE than 2-3 times. Everything from fit to color. Good at communication and delivering on time. Horrible at delivering quality products that fit correctly. Do not recommend this lab.

Oral Designs did an amazing job on my crowns. The tech, Enrique, is a perfectionist & worked hard to get my crowns perfect. My whole experience with them was great but Enrique was amazing! He is so kind & pays great attention to details.
