If I could give this company zero stars I would. I had a prior authorization for some medication. They filled it in July under a prior authorization and old insurance plan that was no longer in effect. So in essence, they filled this medication without a valid script. I have spent the last 2.5 weeks fighting with their pharmacists, customer service agents to fill this medication. Magically the prior authorization from my current insurance provider could not be found, but they contacted my doctor for 3 different scripts stating 3 different things. Then magically the last day of august they could find everything. But they still couldn't fill it because they still had my incorrect insurance information, then they couldn't use my copay card because they never bothered to contact the medication
Consistently fails to deliver medication on time and refuses to set up automated delivery to my doctor's office. Struggles with the most basic tasks like adding copay cards and obtaining consent/coordinating with my doctor in a timely manner. We don't need middlemen like this for medications. They drive up the cost of our insurance and drive down the quality of care we receive. Optum Specialty Pharmacy is crooked and broken.
They give the run around constantly for months. They Lose the prior Authorizations constantly! They do this as a matter of course. is the name of the gameIf I could zero stars I would! I had the misfortune of wasting over 35 minutes of my life on the phone with an Acredo agent who spoke and understood such poor English it took exactly that long for her to tell me that she had no record of my prescription plan on the system. I spelled my name phonetically many times and each time found that she was understanding it incorrectly due to the language barrier. I spoke slowly and loudly and enunciated the spelling many many times. Same with the ID number! In a nutshell AVOID using this company like the plague. I don’t want to give my $ or time or business to a company that literally cares so li
WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY. I’m disappointed that I have to use you. I am baffled at your lack of customer service and your constant calls and texts messages yet when I call back no one can tell me what the call was for. YOURE TERRIBLE!!!!
I’ve been trying to get my prescription for 2 months now and even though the people I talk with are very helpful I have been getting the runaround. I don’t think people are being trained correctly because they are transferring me over the most simple of tasks. I wish I could find somewhere else to get my medication but I have no other options and I have not been able to get a refill no matter how many times my doctor calls.
