Optum Specialty Pharmacy

Extremely disappointing experience. My time-sensitive fertility medication was delayed for 3 days. After multiple calls and complaints, the pharmacy still refused to arrange expedited delivery, claiming that same-day or morning delivery was not an option. These medications are part of a scheduled treatment protocol and delays can directly impact treatment timing. I have now been waiting over 3 days beyond the expected delivery window with no resolution. If your medication must arrive on a strict timeline, I strongly recommend confirming shipping capabilities in advance or working with a different pharmacy.

Scam? Called twice and first time I called i was told I won a life alert, I tried to say I was in my 20s and didn't need it but I was hung up on. 2) then when I called again I was told I won 100 dollars on the voice message system...super weird.

I have difficulty with my prescriptions every month it is very frustrating and customer service will tell you anything .

I dreaded having to get my shots filled every month. Its a hassle to talk to someone and if you can understand them (or more than one) and then go through all of that over and over. I've had to hang up and start over because I couldn't understand someone. Very disappointed in this company when they represent healthcare as big as they are. ALSO: The name now is Optum. No change in phone calls. OptumRX app is somewhat better. At least you can request refills, see delivery dates and your prices. United Healthcare needs to do more than take a look at this, need to make changes.
