Blondella was very sweet & helpful. The dental hygienist was amazing. I wasn’t aware of the almost 2 hour first appt, and she hurried to do half of it so that I could get back to work. The Dentist, Dr. R, was very nice. The lady at the very front desk with glasses, was not very nice. Rude tone & very short.

I took my sister here. She has cognitive issues. They were very patient and understanding. They worked slowly and explained everything to her and me as well. The office was very clean and everyone was polite and welcoming to us. I was very happy with our visit and will return.

My nephew has Autism. She is absolutely wonderful with him. She is the only one I can get him to sit with and let her clean his teeth and look at them. It took a bit of her working with him and getting him used to her. But she did and she took the time to do so. And I am so appreciative that she did so he can get his teeth cared for. When my son gets past the kids dental places I will be bringing him there also. Highly recommend.

So I wish I would have done more research and educated myself before coming here. I was not a priority and when I spokeup for myself not once yelled screamed I said in a very low anxiety tone because she wanted me to wait even longer when I explained its really causen me health issues ive lost an extreme amount of weight im choken on food. She said okay well if you don't wait they'll fall out ect I said I understand and respect where your coming from maybe a second option and she got mad and took her gloves off the lady upfront was trying to get me to schedule I said I'd have to think about it. I call and try to make a appointment after two weeks of thinking. Well apparently I can't be seen and I was never told why and they couldn't. No altercation happened. No police no one told me to l

Jeffersonville Commons Dental: Had a couple of fillings done here a year or so ago, possibly longer. They said I had a cavity, so I trusted them to care for that for me. Before I had the filling, I had *no pain* in that tooth. After the filling? It’s been pain/sensitive to temperature ever since. I called the office a few weeks after the fillings to ask about the level of pain I was experiencing - the receptionist assured me it was normal because *her teeth* hurt for 6 months after her filling.
