The pharmacy staff does an excellent job of ensuring you receive your monthly prescription reliably and on time, consistently. Everyone there is professional, knowledgeable, and congenial. Sometimes they have to order some medications, but overall, they can fill most items within a day or two. There is rarely ever a line to wait in to pick up your meds.

HORRIBLE Pharmacy! I absolutely do NOT recommend using this pharmacy if you want your meds on time. They do not care if you run out of your medications. The pharmacy tech at the Scottsburg, Indiana location is terrible. My husband had 2 days left of meds so we went up there to ask why his medications hadn't been sent to him yet. We were then informed that insurance denied. I asked her why we were not notified and she responds with "I told his Nurse so she could start looking for a savings plan." I told her that the Nurse had not reached out to us either and again why did Genoa not notify us that his insurance denied. I could have been working on this issue a week before so that he wouldn't go without his meds. She just kept repeating that she told his Nurse. I asked for a Manager # and sh

The convenience of being a lifesprings patient and having the pharmacy right there in the building is nice. But when I was picking up medicine outside of my appointment hours I've had them tell me on multiple occasions that my medicine was ready only to get to the pharmacy and have them tell me they forgot to order it. This happened at least 5 times. Other than that they did a good job. Nice staff.

If you're a patient at Lifespring I would recommend getting your meds here. There is never a wait, they always have the medicine available and the staff is really nice and helpful.

This is not a regular pharmacy. They only fill rx for patients at lifespring.
