Dr. Ramirez and his staff are fantastic! I started going here last year and his care and compassion are off the charts! His medical assistant is awesome as well and very helpful and personable! I definitely recommend this office

Dr. Ramirez is a great doctor, and person all around. I have been coming to him since 2018-19, and there has never been a time where I didn’t feel heard. He is personable and listens to his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone!

Always top of the line service. Doc listens and takes the needed amount of time. Friendly office staff. We usually cut up with them and everyone gets a laugh in and that just makes everyone's day just a little better. Quick lab results, like really quick. They currently use Quest. I'm not a huge fan of Quest's billing practices (processing fee to pay online) so it's the only bill I still mail a check, but their results are good and fast. 100% recommend CMC.

I have been seeing Treasa Grangier, FNP for years and she is AMAZING. I highly recommend her as a primary care physician. The other staff at Community Medical Center have always been friendly and helpful as well! The office is always clean and I’ve never had an issue getting in contact with someone (wether it’s via phone or the patient portal). If you can’t get in with Treasa I also recommend Dr. Hammad Bokhari, I saw him a few times when I first moved to Jeffersonville before switching to Treasa.

The level of care that I receive from Dr. Ramirez and his nurse Shannon is truly unparalleled. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. Dr. Ramirez has allowed me to come into the office before normal operating hours on several occasions to have bloodwork completed solely because I needed the results quickly for a surgery and he didn't want me to have to wait. I have never had a Dr. go above and beyond like that and show me that amount of care and consideration before. Even the surgical team that I was working with said that he has been the most responsive Dr. that they have ever seen in their years of practice. He makes himself extremely available through the patient portal, and always responds to messages within a day or less. He has even responded to my questions on the weekends and at 3
