OnPoint Pharmacy Island Park (Formerly Conrad's)

STAY AWAY.... BEWARE! If you have high blood pressure this place is guaranteed to make it higher. I take a medication that if you stop suddenly can cause you to have a seizure and die. Picked it up last month no problem, they never said a word. Been getting it there for years. Saw the doctor last night, had him send new prescription over to Onpoint, they were open for at least an hour and a half before I called to see if they got it. That's when they told me they CANNOT GET IT AT ALL ANYMORE. You would think that some time in the first hour they saw the prescription, and would call me. Noooo.... Nothing! If you care about your health, stay away from this place. Jimmy

This pharmacy provides personalized service. If they don’t have an uncommon medication they will get it for by the next day. They do everything in their power to help you.The pharmacist is excellent and compassionate. They even deliver free of charge meds on M/W/F. One time I was too sick on a non delivery day but they delivered it anyway. This pharmacy reminds me of the old days when the pharmacist knew the customers personally as well as your medication. Even if you live in LB or Oceanside it’s worth the drive to get the best personalized service. Thank you to all of the staff.

I gave 5 stars to Conrad’s in Island Park. They are a very loyal pharmacy I’ve been using them since I moved here in 2015. The staff is very polite. Danny and Anna are by far the friendliest people I’ve dealt with. Great personalities. When Sam was apart of Conrad’s he to was very polite and always did my deliveries when he said he would. As far as front desk staff goes the folks who are at the register they’re sweet as well. But they come and go. I highly recommend Conrad’s for everyone’s use
