PT's and staff are really compassionate. Lauren (the DOR?) clearly cares about the residents. Facility is in better shape than most. Not much parking near the entrance.

I would not recommend putting your loved one in this facility. My relative is currently there and has experienced a noticeable decline in the several months that they have been there. The majority of the staff is not friendly or helpful. They will often argue with you to avoid doing their duties when your loved one simply needs help with things like going to the bathroom. Instead they will leave them there to sit in their own mess. Imagine what this must feel like to a patient, especially one with dementia who does not understand where they are or what is going on and who simply wants the help for which this facility is being compensated to provide. One of the best nursing homes in town, they really care about their patients, Paige the social worker is so passionate about helping her patients, even when they arrive home she is good at closing the Communication loop. Causha the director really values their employeesand treats them like Himan brings. Stephanie does a great job in engaging residents that want to do activities to help pass the time and help with fine motor skills.

I toured this place with a friend for my mother, and if she hadn’t passed when she did, we would have brought her here. It looked modern, clean, and actually has a wide range of ages among their patients. My mother was 61 and worried about not relating to the “older crowd”. Also the dining room feels like a restaurant. And admin staff is also very helpful.
