My son Michael has been staying in your facility for about 4 months now. My experience with your staff personnel has been very positive. The people at the vent unit are very friendly and professional. They definitely work very hard to whip patients back on their feet and go far and beyond the call of duty. Being that my son is 100% disable. I have visited a lot of health care facilities and I have to say this facility is the very best. My son and I are extremely happy of this place. May God bless all the medical staff in this facility.

I wish I would have read these reviews after suggesting my mother be moved there for rehab after a fall. Rehab...ya right. She spent most of the time in her bed and was told she could not get up without assistance which rarely came. When I asked about discharge we had a 10 minute phone conference which was useless. Finally I pushed saying she is doing everything including dressing and toileting herself so why is she not being discharged. Their response--"oh yea we were just going to call you". Amazing. She was suddenly ready to go. They lost a bunch of her clothes and her walker so they let her borrow one. We had asked about taking her for a day for a family event. One person says fine another says no you have to be trained, so I got "trained". Took her to a doctor appointment and fortunat

Not a good idea to send a loved one here my loved one has regressed so much they have made 0 progress with them don’t do anything except lay all day has had pneumonia four times since being there cause they don’t move them at all. If you’re looking for good care for your loved one do not send them here cause they won’t get better. They’ll milk them for their insurance. I watched a guy in the hall need his oxygen switched out tried to get a staff members attention and she walked right past him if I hadn’t said something to a staff member he wouldn’t have gotten his oxygen. They don’t care it’s not their problem they only there to get paid. I have nothing good to say about this place.

This place is appalling! They are grossly understaffed and most of the people that do work here are uncaring, uncompassionate, lazy and are simply here for a paycheck. I have dealt with the 4th floor for several months and in honesty, this place should be shut down. I rather die in a hole than be here...STAY AWAY FROM HERE. The lady I had in there was only there to learn to stand, pivot and sit...she went in on 1/1/24 AND IS STILL THERE! They do needless therapy instead of what she actually needed so they can keep her there forever, it is a tragedy. I noticed several other patients in same state , just purely whittling away while all they do is collect their money. This place is a house of horrors, honest to God.
