Overall experience at Well Now Oneida outstanding. Easy to make appointment. Checked in minutes after arriving. Admission paperwork a breeze. Desk rep very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Short wait to be taken to exam room. Admission aide super nice and friendly. Reasonable wait for NP who was incredible. Knowledgeable and friendly and just all around quickly handled my issue. I have lots of respect for Rebecca’s professional approach. Would recommend Oneida WN hands down over other providers.

I drive out of my way now to go to the Oneida location specifically, all of the staff are wonderful from the front desk to nurses and providers. Have had to go twice in the last year for my kids and great experiences both times. Highly recommend.

I went in due to a toothache that left the side of my face swollen from my cheek up to my eye overnight. Jessica was amazing. She was very friendly and professional and easy to talk to, she explained everything she was doing in a way I understood and took the time to make sure I was alright. I would definitely recommend.

From front end desk staff to nurse and doctor…. Our experience was amazing. My two sick boys were treated so well and everyone was so attentive and friendly. Rebecca Dorn was so accommodating for my sensory sensitive boys. Amazing experience.

WellNow Urgent Care was prompt and courteous to me when I visited there for a fall I had taken.They took me to a room to wait and came in to evaluate me soon after. I had Xrays done and the technician was knowledgeable and courteous. The PA and nurses were all kind,knowledgeable and courteous. I was in and out in no time.
