This dental group should be ashamed. “We accept Medicaid” — but not really. I called this dental office with a broken tooth — an actual emergency — and was told they’re accepting new patients, BUT not if you’re on Medicaid, even though they accept it. So if you’re low-income and on a state plan you’re out of luck. 100% socioeconomic discrimination. Turning people away based on their insurance, even in a medical emergency? That’s not healthcare — that’s greed. My two cents…If you believe in fairness, dignity, and healthcare for everyone, give your business to a dentist who feels the same. These folks made it loud and clear who they think deserves care — and who doesn’t. Btw- Look at the positive reviews on Google, they are all from years ago. Something has changed.

Don't ever go here. My mom has been a patient here for over 40 years. She's never been late to an appointment. Today she showed up 15 minutes late and they refused to see her. She drives from an hour away for these appointments. You would think they would give her some grace. Not to mention she's 76 years old and got lost getting there because driving is getting tough for her. They have no compassion. My dad left the practice years ago because they ripped my brother off taking advantage of him not knowing his dental coverage and they owed thousands. All around this is not an ethical place to go. They're greedy and inconsiderate. They don't value loyalty.

I had my first appointment at ODG today. Reagan was an awesome dental assistant who made me feel very comfortable and helped relieve my anxiety. Dr. Russel was so gentle and knowledgeable. She spent time answering my questions and explained everything about my future treatment. I've been to a lot of dentists but not many took the time that Dr. Russel did to talk with me about a treatment plan i was comfortable with. Jack made sure I understood what was going on with my insurance coverage in detail. Barb was friendly and outgoing when she introduced herself to me. I'm very happy I went there. I want to recommend them to everyone but I selfishly want to keep them a secret so no one gets an appointment ahead of me when I need one.

I had a tooth extracted today. And I'm very pleased how it went. The attending dental assistant was very kind and caring and did her best to ease my nervousness. Dr Decastro did an excellent job . He also put my mind at ease and informed me at every step as to what he was going to do. I'm very pleased with the care I received. I strongly recommend Oneida Dental.
