O'Neal's Drug Store

I've never had a problem with O neals. Unfortunately due to my insurance change they kicked out all independent pharmacies i have to move to a preferred pharmacy in their network. If we stay any cost we pay won't go towards the deductible. We have a mail delivery for long term meds just use local pharmacy for short term meds. The only winners are tge big guys.

My family has been doing business with this Pharmacy since moving to Washington in 1960, from Tayloe's Drug Store downtown to Tayloe's Hospital Pharmacy and now O'Neals Drug Store. We have never had an issue. We are now in Belhaven and still with O'Neals for our medicine needs. Would not think of trusting someone else.

I find all staff members very pleasant and willing to help. If they don’t have something I need, they are happy to order it. The store is bright, clean and not cluttered.

I am a young woman with a LOT of medical issues, and I'm supposed to have spinal surgery in next 3 months. So with these issues I am on pain medication. When I went to pick them up after 2 weeks of excuses of why they would not fill it, the woman Miranda asked me why I was on such heavy medication because at my age, there should be no reason for the doctor to prescribe it. I told her it really wasn't any of her business but I have a fractured spine and several bulging discs that keep me in constant pain. After I finally was able to get my meds they shorted me 4 pills. I had been dealing with them being rude and shorting me for several months but my doctor finally gave me permission to switch pharmacies thankfully. Now I no longer deal with rude, nosy, pill stealing workers. They either
