One Price Optical

What keeps me coming back to One Price Optical? The selection of frames, the quality of the lenses (crizal), & service at a reasonable price in an atmosphere that is calm & quiet. I have been going to here for about 15 years! I have shopped around (and once made the mistake of buying glasses elsewhere!). The service & attention you get here is reminiscent of the days when "full service" was a thing. The employees are all friendly & helpful. They know their business. I believe all of the employees have been there for many years. Diane is my favorite. She has helped me pick my frames often. The last time I was in Diane noticed an error on my perscription before ordering glasses - I really appreciate that attention to detail. Thank you Diane.

Stopped in today with a missing piece on my eyeglasses. Dianne took my glasses and replaced the missing part along with another part. She never even asked if I purchased the glasses there. There was no charge for the service, and it was done with a smiling face, and caring for the customer. I will without a doubt be purchasing more glasses from them. If I could give a six star about this business, I would! I went here because I did not want to use a chain eye center. I wanted to go to a small business type establishment. I am so happy I did! Dianne, who has been there 10 years, was amazing! Dynamic personality and so helpful. She treated my wife Shelly and I with outstanding customer service! Can't say enough about the top-notch customer service and diverse selection at One Price! I've been there several times and have been helped by Todd, Dianne, Roxy and Hope. They are all extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect frames and educated me on any lens options I might be interested in. Plus, Dr Evans gave me a great exam and has a unique sense of humor... I read his bio and I guess he used to do stand-up. Best place in town to get glasses!!
