I waited for two hours at two different locations only to see this one doctor (Dr moonga) who wouldn’t even give me the time of day. Even if I was only a walk in I should still be treated just like any other patient out there. She didn’t even bother checking me but only talked and prescribed me something. This wasn’t the first time for me either. She prescribed me something for a different reason the first time I seen her and she ended up giving me wrong directions about the medication according to another doctor I had to go to get a second opinion. I hope no one else has to experience this with this same doctor again.

They never tried to help me with my knee problem and it still hurts and I was supposed to get an x-ray. They are the worst employees and careless than ever because they never bothered to help or to call back for an appointment!! I prefer going somewhere else and it seems obvious since their number has the 666..

Good doctors & they've got better on waiting time but every single time I call for a consult or to schedule an appointment they never pick up I have called literally 20 times waited & i get nothing . It's literally every single time.

My son had TB test done Friday afternoon.The lady told me to go back to Main St @ 700am because there open at 700am. Of course as a mother I want my son TB test read at 700am. We stand at the door with my kid's waiting. They never said anything or at least one of the worker's came out and say something. But not they just ignore us.

Honestly great doctors it's sad that there recipient's are always doing something else instead of there job I don't think they know what there job titled is but one thing forsure is good customer service, multitasking, answering phones however all they do is gossip I even over heard one of them paying her own personal light bill 😩
