Awesome staff Started my daughter braces last week Maria helped me she made the process so smooth explained me detail by detail. Ana in the front was super friendly HIGHT RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT TO START YOUR BRACES PROCESS

it was a good experience unlike my first time being here. the lady at the front desk with glasses was really nice however the lady next to her wasn’t. I was confused on why they let employers talk to patients that way. the people on the back were great! they made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.

Wanted to start off by sharing my experience at this dental office that was terrible. The staff is very unprofessional, and rude. Starting with the ladies at the front desk they are rude. The whole time the staff in the back was having conversations about their personal lives, and did not focus much on the patients needs. I believe they are not qualified for their jobs. So far, this has been one of my worst experiences at the Delano western dental office. I am writing this review, to make others aware to not even waste their valuable time or money at this office. Not worth it!!

Really recommend the office Everyone is very helpful had my doubts due to previous reviews, but I was very satisfied with my service, They did explain since i was a new pt it takes longer then usual due to the X-rays,exam and then go overt treatment with me. which I didnt mind since everything was explained, detail by detail on the treatment and how my ins works . Thank you to the Whole Team 👏🏼👍🏼

The lady that cleaned my teeth was awesome, I’m not good on remembering names but she did a great job hope she does my next cleaning
