Prime Valley Urgent Care

This place is awesome I took my son with a lot of pain and he was seen so quick , and me I was not able to be seen but the Dr that was there was so nice and sweet explaining why she can’t see me so she sent me to the ER but she gave me comfort and I felt safe

Went in this morning, receptionist customer service was very unprofessional & rude. I walked in and said good morning and asked how her day was and she just stared back while she took a bite of her donut and then drank coffee. Stood there and stared. It’s like pulling teeth to get her to speak. Walked out and left. Going elsewhere.

Stopped by to get my daughter seen at 6:20 only to be told the provider wasn’t seeing anyone else. The two clerks were sweeping and cleaning while the business door remained open for people to come in. Might consider locking the door, placing a “closed early” sign, or changing business hours.

What a huge disappointment. I took my 3 year old son in to the urgent care Saturday night. He was crying in pain from a sudden ear infection. It was 6:30pm, it closes at 7pm. The front desk girl named Ariana turned me away. Stating the provider said he/she wasn’t taking anymore patients because they were doing paper work. I asked if she could ask the dr. She refused. Saying she saw me parking and had asked already. I insisted and she refused to ask. I felt so mad seeing my son in pain and she had no sympathy whatsoever. Not even to ask. What is the point of being open until 7pm if they are going to turn patients away at 6:30pm. I understand it was almost closing time. But it was still a whole 30 minutes before their close time and they had absolutely no patients waiting. I felt this was

Went in on a Thursday morning as a new patient, for my son. Admission took about 10mins and was called rather quickly. My son is on the autism spectrum and is non verbal, the staff and Dr were both amazing when it came to their patience for him as it is hard for him to be seen at the dr without fear. We weren't waiting around too long and we're listened to and understood and got the medication we needed prescribed. Usually I would go to Bakersfield for care as I've had bad experiences at both delano ER & advent urgent care but I'm so glad I gave this place a try. Would go back again, and would recommend to family and friends for care.
