@@@10 hours. No doctor. I had to give up and leave@@@ I sat in your ER for 10 hours. I never saw a single doctor. Eventually, I had no choice but to give up and walk out untreated. Think about that—a patient in pain forced to abandon hope of care because your facility is so broken. It wasn't just a long wait; it was total neglect. Leaving a hospital without help after 10 hours is the most helpless feeling I’ve ever experienced. This place is a disgrace to the medical profession.

I came here months ago for a rapid heart rate of 160 at resting and shortness of breathe I was told that it was just anxiety even after monitoring my heart rate for hours and it still going high I was told that it was normal and sent home with tips on how to manage anxiety. They told me my test results came back normal…..well after much suffering it turned out something was wrong I got it confirmed when I went to a different hospital!!!!! GET OUT OF THE HABIT OF BLAMING EVERYTHING A WOMAN FEELS IN HER BODY IS DO TO ANXIETY!! YOU’RE PUTTING US AT RISK!!!!!

This ER is nice and clean ,front desk lady was friendly . My appreciation is to NP Vaughan ,really caring person who helped me with a good advice . Thank you !

They have saved my life a couple times! If it wasn’t for them I would have been dead a long time ago, o get pretty good service from them, been there so many times/years some of us recognize each other! Rarely ever went back in the waiting room, cause I only went there if I needed to, urgent care At west valley comp. called O.V.E.R. ,and made me reservations, told them I was coming, didn’t even have to open my mouth, handed over med. card and rushed me in for a spider bite. But it was a brown reclous during the pandemic. No surgery unless life or death, so I ended up in ICU for 3 days to get necessary antibiotics to kill off infection, but it did a lot of damage cause they couldn’t open it and clean it out like they should, scarred both legs badly, only but one leg, but they both had damag

Try to avoid this place. You will not be seeing for at least 6-8 hours. People die on the metal chairs on the floor. Horrible. Who's running this hell house??? My GOD I saw several sick people just give up and leave. This is criminal. Some one do something PLEASE
