Maclay Healthcare Center

This place Sucks! They pretend their giving your love ones the therapy they need but they're NOT. Kaiser confirmed that if Maclay gave my brother therapy he would at least know how to use his strength on his left side after his stroke. My brother didn't know shit because he didn't learn it from them. And my brother couldn't talk after the stroke, that's probably why they didn't take care of him. They just want to get paid for doing nothing! It's a HORRIBLE place to be in. We pulled out my brother from that place and took him to Northern California. Now he can stand and walk short distances, can talk simple phrases. My brother would've probably Rot in that hell had we not worked on getting him out . If you love someone please don't put them in this place ! I have nothing good to say

Nurses are great but I paid to have my streaming channels work. None do and the internet is weak. Tried maintenance. Their reply was not my yob.

My experience with Maclay has been really positive. The staff is caring and patient, and they take the time to make sure residents are always comfortable.

Amazing staff and excellent patient care, they have very spacious rooms and a beautiful view while residents enjoy their activities.

I just spent 2 weeks at Maclay. Elsie who works in Activities very caring, compassionate, and kind to all the patients. She has a heart for this kind of work. Yani who works in Administration went the extra mile to get my short term disability papers signed and back to me asap. CNA'S and nurses on top of patients needs. This facility clean and does not smell. I recommend this facility.
