Old Town Pharmacy

My first visit to Old Town Pharmacy was because my doctor had prescribed a compounded drug, and she referred me to this pharmacy. Dr. Becker took my husband and me to a private room where he explained in detail the drug I was to receive and how to achieve the best results with it. Never before have I experienced that level of service and it left me with a profound respect for Dr. Becker and his staff. I heartily recommend this pharmacy for its professionalism and dedication to their customers.

This place was amazing. Even though they were extremely busy, Shane took the time to talk to me for a new medication consult and I had a lot of questions. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you all!

Absolutely TERRIBLE communication... Every single time I needed a refill ther3 was always some new hoop I had to jump through with them. Never faxed things over to the dr when they said they would, only got stuff done when I called repeatedly... They continuously lacked in service and communication to the point I would repeatedly run out of my medication for my Insulin... They even went so far as to deny it completly and claim that I wasn't recognized as a current patient with my Dr and said they had no record of me taking the medication when I've been picking it up through them for near 6 months and seeing my Dr for well over a year...
