Bruner Pharmacy

I'm not a gift-giver by nature, but whenever I think to give a gift, this is the first (and usually the only) place I look. Bruner's has a surprisingly wide assortment of gifts, which makes my strong dislike for shopping a lot easier. Bonus: it's quiet and not overwhelmingly busy. Delightful arrangement of merchandise, well displayed. Store was stone-quiet, offering no shopping ambiance at all. We just wandered around in total silence. Girl behind counter stood and stared ahead, not offering help, not speaking to customers, or even pretending to enjoy her job. With minimal effort by the owners, this could be a nice shopping experience.

John and AJ are really nice and thoughtful to everyone that comes into their pharmacy.

Maybe I should try again. I went in here to see if they had a hallmark card in stock. They did and as I grabbed it, the cashier hollered at me across the store they were closing soon. I walked into the store about 12 minutes before they close and she said nothing to me. I checked out 9 minutes before they close and she was making a huge deal about having to sign back into her register and how they close in 1 minute and everything was already tallied for the night. I offered to return the cards to their shelves and come back another time but she just scanned the it items and was just rude about it. I understand it was close to closing but why didn’t she say something as I walked in if her register was already closed? They close at 6 and I checked out at 5:51. The pharmacy attached was alrea

I had my son’s prescriptions transferred to Bruners at the beginning of the year. I haven’t needed any until this week and I called Wednesday to get a refill. The gal on the phone told me no problem and it was ready to go. When I went in to pick it up, they told me that it wasn’t actually there, but that I had picked it up in January and not paid for it. I was completely taken aback as I didn’t recall ever getting that medication there and most certainly wouldn’t just leave without paying. Apparently, his script was expired and while they offered to fax his doctor they told me they would have no idea when I could get it. I went home and checked my box and as I remembered, my last box wasn’t even from them. I called back to find out why they accused me of not paying when I had never picked
