I am pleased that the folks at Diva Dogs did a great job. My buddy Oscar looks so cute. He can be temperamental and sometimes difficult. It is a very fair price, quite economical, in fact. And he looks great. Thank you. I will be back.

Here’s your review with that added detail worked in: ⸻ I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication at this grooming establishment. I dropped my dogs off at 9:00 AM and after more than 7 hours, I still had not received a single update or call letting me know when they would be ready. As a customer, it’s extremely frustrating to be left in the dark for such a long period of time. To make matters worse, when I finally showed up after waiting all day, my dogs were still not finished. Clear communication is a basic expectation, especially when caring for people’s pets. A simple phone call or text with an update would have gone a long way in showing respect for both my time and my dogs’ well-being. Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose confidence in the

Took our toy poodle puppy to Cindy for her first haircut. She got us right in, groomed her just like I wanted, and did it by appointment so that our puppy did not have to stay all day. The price was fair and our little Zoe looked beautiful. So happy we went there. Definitely would recommend her services.
