Wow!!!!!! I've been a supervisor and a manager for 20yrs. But when I went to donate the manager David was running around helping his employees and us. I never seen a manager ever do that for his employees. That's is a great manager the best and I also was surprised to that supervisor Lulu and manager David can talk and communicate without fighting or yelling or rude . Lulu has a great attitude. To believe this other manager need to learn from David and Lulu now that's understandable. Everyone is working very hard and playing teamwork I really love that. I'm glad I came here I really feel comfortable.David and Lulu keep doing an awesome job Keep doing a awesome job I give y'all a 10 star⭐🌟✨👍😜😜🤪

Whatever they did to this place after the renovations is disappointing. The building might look better, but the staff and management have gone downhill. When I arrived, the check-in area was a mess — there were used cotton balls and lancets on the ground, which is completely unacceptable for a medical or donation environment. I was seated to start my donation, and three other people came after me. Despite that, I was the last one to get poked. Another lady who sat before me and the other 3 was also nearly assisted last. The employees seemed completely unorganized and inconsiderate. I’ve been donating here for years, even before the renovations, and I never minded the long waits because the team back then had structure and professionalism. 🚮🚮🚮 New donor or not — be prepared to wait 3 to 4+ hours. I’ve been coming to this location since 2021, and unfortunately, the service has only gone downhill. Over the years, they’ve attempted to boost their ratings by handing out “express passes” in exchange for Google reviews. Anyone can leave a misleading review just to skip the line instead of waiting the usual 2+ hours for a bed. I’ve seen countless employees come and go, and one name continues to come up every single time: David. This individual, a former police officer, carries himself with an obvious power-trip mentality. I’ve personally witnessed him remove pregnant women from the lobby for simply waiting on their partners to donate. There’s been a constant rotation of staff — often replaced with equally rude and unprofessional
