To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration following my recent visit to your office on feb 20th and March 4th. The experience was not only unpleasant — it was completely unacceptable and unprofessional on multiple levels. From the moment I arrived, I was met with rude, dismissive attitudes from the front desk staff. Their lack of basic courtesy and professionalism set a disturbing tone for the entire appointment. It was clear that patient care and respect were not a priority. Worse still, the conduct of the medical personnel I encountered was shocking. Ocean is fantastic! The service& staff are wonderful. I been to this office numerous times for regular appointments or even a Groupon special everything was so nice and accommodating. I needed to cancel one of the services due to my schedule and Groupon refunded me right away. The owner is incredible and the doctors are excellent. I refer this place to everyone. Ocean books fast so get your appointments scheduled in!

If I could give this business a zero, I would. My experience with the phone representative was terrible. I purchased a groupon for a couples Swedish massage and was told that they have no booking until March.. and the groupon expires in March. When I asked about why the groupon still exists for purchase, I was told that it was groupon who did not remove the option. I told her that this was fraudulent. She told me to obtain a refund from Groupon. This was a terrible experience!!!

I highly recommend this place! They are clean, kind & attentive. I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years & I would never go anywhere else for my acupuncture & massage needs.
