HONESTY!!! Today the staff at Oakdell Pharmacy just blew me away. About six months ago I moved a compounding prescription to this pharmacy because of the problems I was having with another pharmacy. While the price was much higher here, the quality of the product was also much better so I figured it’s the price you pay for quality. Today they informed me they have been double charging me so my expected $130 was only $15 as they reimbursed all the over charges. They were very apologetic and open about the mistake. They could have very easily hid the over charging and just dropped the price and I would have never known. Hard to find HONEST businesses these days. I highly suggest you consider Oakdell Pharmacy for your next prescription, they are a truly ethical business.

Nice staff, but they don't take insurance. I needed eye drops made and they could make them, but wanted to charge me $115 for each eye drop. I needed 2. I went to University Hospital and had them made for $20 each instead. Otherwise, this place is good for gauze and tape, and smaller over the counter supplies. They have a nice fish tank.

After calling almost every pharmacy in town (4) because my Dad needed just a day's worth of his feeding tube formula (we came from Houston and didn't pack enough :/ my fault) most places didn't have it- understandably, employees just said they don't do that and hung up. Oakdale Pharmacy was the next on the list. I spoke to Doc and Carol and their level of customer service was not only amazing- as they went above and beyond to assist me EVEN after knowing they didn't carry it for pick up same day! Their sincere actions and friendly rapport left me so appreciative for humans like them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Y'all nailed Customer service 101!!
