I don’t usually say this about dental work, but this was actually a great experience 😄 Dr. Francois did my numbing and the work today and she was awesome — super laid-back, very caring, and had me numb in two shots like a magician. Not that “can’t feel your face until next Tuesday” numb either — just right. Whole procedure was smooth and completely pain-free. Riley at the front desk handled the pricing talk like a champ. I still think it’s funny they sent in the sweet, innocent, bunny-rabbit-energy blonde to deliver the high number — smart strategy honestly 😂 Madison, the assistant, was great too — calm, friendly, and on point the whole time. Dr. Francois is very patient and accommodating with my dental anxiety. I love my regular hygienist Stephanie who is very gentle and provides a thorough but simple explanation to me while she works. I’m very glad to have such great dental care.

I HATE going to the dentist, but I’ve always felt at ease here. They take their time with me and my “chicken little syndrome” haha! Bethany and Riley at the front really work with my questions in a positive and uplifting attitude. Great vibes that the office staff enjoys their time working at this office. It helps they do it all, so I’m not passed around town for different dental needs.

Stephanie was very polite and professional when she took my call. She got me in quickly. Madison the assistant was kind and professional with my X-rays. Dr. Francois was excellent and thorough in her exam. Bethany was a skilled and compassionate hygienist. Overall excellent experience.

I have had 2 root canals done now both here with Dr. Francois and Dr. Sisson and they have done a fantastic job! I am coming back to have 2 more done and working with Bethany here for scheduling and pricing is so easy. She is AMAZING!
