Mac's Pharmacy

My family and I love Mac's pharmacy in Townsend. Mac's is everything a small town pharmacy should be. Everyone on the staff knows me by name and always seems grateful to see me and are always ready to answer any questions I may have. They are very prompt, helpful, and eager to assist us with all of our pharmacy needs.

My experience with Mac’s pharmacy goes way back when it was just City Drugs. They’ve always had the nicest and the friendliest and the most knowledgeable pharmacist about your prescriptions and the medicines that you take the only pharmacist that I will go to I refuse to go anywhere else they’ve been through some changes, but they’ve dealt with those changes very well, so I I don’t think they can improve any better than what they are

Love Mac’s pharmacy ! Nice staff & always so nice. The new pharmacist Chris is a joy to have there. She’s such a good new addition to the pharmacy.

WARNING NOT A MOM AND POP PHARMACY NO MORE!!! When they shut the one on Edgemoore down it's been horrible every since, the people at edgemoore were nice and caring. The one in oak ridge thier rude and dont care abt you and treat u like ur a burden. Some of the ones from edgemoore went there after they closed tht store down and tht was the only reason I agreed to continue using them, now all the main ones from edgemoore have left from thier and its one of the worst pharmacies now. My whole family use to go there, now they dont, if tht tells u anything. They have become more mainstream then a mom and pop pharmacy and most of the people there are extremely rude. I miss the old macs on edgemoore where u were treated like a human being and they were there to actually help you and I hope Macs re
