I found myself needing surgical extraction without notice. Found this office in Oak Ridge was convenient, accepted my Insurance and after a call felt I would be comfortable with a Dr. consult. That went great! Really enjoyed the interaction with Dr. Conner as he worked to keep my anxiety low. We agreed on a plan and off I went. His office staff are so supportive and understanding. Answering questions and scheduling to accommodate. The day came, I was prepared and wow, I am so happy I chose this practice and made the decision to have Twilight Sleep. It was like I was never there - except for the removed tooth and soreness. But no pain, no stress, no clinched fists or pinched nerve in my neck. I recently had 3 wisdom teeth removed by Gregory Conner. I had a consultation a few weeks back and Dr. Conner was very personable and explained everything and allowed me to ask equations. He was upfront and honest. Insurance verification did not take long at all. Scheduled my appt for a few weeks out. Day of surgery was a breeze. As most I’m sure, I was extremely nervous and Dr. Conner and the other assistants in the room did what they could to make me feel the best possible. No issues with the surgery and recovery. Highly recommend this practice. I’ve out this off for years and this is the first place that made me comfortable to go through with it.

I took my 17 and 18 year olds to get their wisdom teeth out. My son had 1 removed while my daughter had all 4 removed. Dr Conner and nurses made sure both were comfortable and understood how things were going to happen. They even let me stay in the room until both were knocked out from anesthesia per my kids request. The entire staff was very patient and explained everything thoroughly. 10/10 recommend Dr Conner for oral surgery. The atmosphere is just so comforting.

My First experience with the Oral Surgeon Dr Connor was Great. I Highly Recommend this office to anyone. The Ladies in the office that work there was very polite and professional and I would return for another office visit in the future if needed. My dentist referred me to this practice because of a history with severe dental trauma. She thought it best if I had a molar extraction under sedation vs awake in office (she was right lol). Dr Mark & team came in & gave me a quick rundown. Before I knew it I was waking up. Recovery has been relatively pain free and I'm glad I came here and would return for any other serious work! Only complaint: A few hours after the extraction, we called the office to ask a clarifying question about recovery & the woman who answered was a bit condescending. Other than that, it was still a great experience & I would recommend this office!
