Duck Family Dental

I’ve been going here for years. I just had a cleaning and Elisa is fabulous at her job. I had wondered if their would be any negative changes with the transitioning from Dr Birdwell to Dr Duck, but am very pleased that it’s still the best dental practice that I have ever experienced.

I enjoyed meeting all the staff. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Duck as an outstanding dentist. She and her staff made me feel like family and treated me with excellence.

I was born and raised to Oak Ridge, Tennessee and I was referred to Dr. Birdwell to get an abscess tooth removed and hopefully save another tooth that had cracked in half. Long story short I have been going to a free medical clinic in Oak Ridge for years and they were nice enough to refer me to his office! Dr. Birdwell was nice enough to take care of my dental issues today. Free of charge! Dr. Birdwell and his dental assistant, Trina pulled the abscess tooth, which took quite a while since it was a molar, and saved another one of my front teeth by capping it with a temporary cap. I felt very, very little pain and felt like I had known them my whole life! Dr. Birdwell is funny and very thoughtful and well spoken! Elisa did a wonderful job as she always does!!! I love this practice, everyone is always so nice and they genuinely care for their patients.

After trying 5 months to get a second appointment for a deep cleaning , in which we were told would take 3 appointments, we gave up and called the Birdwell office. We were booked within a week on a cancellation and were amazed with the staff! My experience was great, they were friendly and thorough. Morgan was my hygienist and she was gentle , sweet and did a great job!! Love our new dentist office!
