The compassion shown to residents—especially on the male and female dementia units—is nothing short of exceptional. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents are not only cared for, but valued, included, and celebrated. One moment that truly stood out was Oak Park’s participation in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. They are the only facility that brings their residents out to actively participate, not just watch from the sidelines. Seeing residents from both dementia units engaged, supported, and included was incredibly powerful and speaks volumes about the heart of this organization. My mom is a resident at this Center. She has been there for a little over a year. She has lived her BEST life here. The Activity Director recently had a Hawaiian theme party! It exceeded my expectations. The Staff treat the Residents with love and respect. Every party I gave attended i come home bragging about my Mom's nursing staff and aids. It comforts my heart to know that my mom is being taken care of around the clock.

Lydia the receptionist is incredible. She always helps with any assistance that is needed. Her smile alone can change your day. Oak Park is blessed to have her.
