Nuvance Health Medical Practice - Gastroenterology Carmel

Find somewhere else tbh I found this company though my insurance. Saw the doctor for an issue for stomach issue for all of 5 mins before he told me I probably had IBS and to take anti acids. I was then asked to take a stool sample. I was given a cup for the sample and told to take it to a lab in Carmel. When I got to the lab in Carmel they told me they couldn’t accept the cup and I’d have to do it again. My mistake was going to Blood Draw - Constitution Diagnostics Network, Sand Pit Rd. Danbury, part of Nuvance Health. The nurse had given a list of places I could go to drop off the sample. When I turned in the sample they didn’t say anything. 2 weeks went by and they told they could not accept the sample. Then I re-did the sample. About 3 weeks went by and I did not hear anything. My cats could host a better party than what these people run

Would not recommend PA Jacqueline, very unprofessional , does not follow up or return calls from patient . Been seen for past three months with no improvement .
