Good afternoon, My name is Edison Quizhpi. I am writing this email to file a formal complaint regarding the poor treatment my family and I received at the Fishkill office. Approximately two weeks ago, I called to schedule a sleep study for my 5-year-old son. After several days without receiving any information, I called the office again to ask why no one had contacted me. The receptionists spoke to me in a very rude manner and told me that they “do not make appointments,” and that the pediatrician had to call them instead. I contacted my son’s pediatrician, who then sent all the required information to your office. Even after that, I still did not receive any updates or instructions. Today, Friday, November 14th, I called again to ask why I had not been contacted. Once again, the person

The nurses were great but the office staff is impossible to get ahold of And they don't return phone calls,the doctor is short tempered and rude
