NuCara Pharmacy Austin

I've been going to Nucara for years so Ive dealt with many folks there and many many rx's. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They are always so courteous when you call (yes, you talk to a human). They ask when I need it by. They always have it ready before I actually need it. Its an injectible that they have to compound- always consistent, never once had an issue. I have others that are closer but I could care less, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Always have my prescription filled quickly! It’s extremely helpful! Tanner and the rest of the team are always very helpful and kind.

The first time I picked up my new eye drops the head pharmacist was very helpful and explained everything carefully and in detail. He even gave me pointers on how to travel and keep them cold in a thermos with frozen cold packs and gave me one to start off. I have been there several times since, always friendly service and very professional. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

The BEST pharmacy in the Austin area. I call in prescriptions (vet tech) on a regular basis and this staff is hands down the most helpful pharmacy I have dealt with. They are helpful and go above and beyond for our pets and complicated doses. They are decently cost effective and save our clients money! Love them !

This pharmacy, these employees - the pharmacist, the front desk, the delivery driver and the hospital liaison - every single employee I have ever had the pleasure to interact with are all consummate professionals and go out of their way to ensure the patient has the best care they are able to provide. They also make sure that the caregiver is both educated on the product and reassured in the process. I have complete and total confidence in every single one of them. They treat you like family!
