NuCara Infusion Center - Austin

Great experience. After weeks of delays and non response from Paragon this group responded within 24hrs to an order for a Prolia injection and verification of insurance took another 24 hours and then the injection was scheduled at our convenience and done in less than 3 business days. Arrived at the scheduled time and the injection was done in less than 5 minutes. Very friendly and nice facility. Coming here for all future injections. 10 stars for this facility

Pharmacy sends a text they have received your prescription and call to make payment to fill prescription. Told over telephone it will take 3-5 business days to receive prescription. Never received a tracking number by text. Paid for the prescription on a Tuesday, mail label created that Thursday of that week, still showing at Austin facility today, Tuesday. ETA is Friday per the tracking number I got over the telephone today. IF it is delivered that is 8 business days. My son really needs the prescription. I don't know why doctors use these mail pharmacies when there are compound pharmacies locally.

Best infusion place everrrrr. So much easier than receiving an infusion in a hospital. Pick yourself up some Happy Chick's and sit back and relax as you receive your treatment. Everyone who works here is on top of things. I've never had an issue with my IVs or infusion. They are all so sweet and personable. They even got me a card when I graduated and all signed it, including the pharmacists (whom I don't know) :)

NuCara is personal and client focused. I went to other infusion centers and I felt like just a number, just another person needing my MS infusion.Not at NuCara, they see you as a person the minute you walk in the door. The nurse Marcy is amazing, she is attentive. The minute my machine beeps she comes over to check on it and to make sure I’m ok. She is knowledgeable and just makes you feel so comfortable. The infusion services manager is stellar! She is organized and she always touches base with you, before your appointment to make sure you know where all your insurance and doctors approvals and pre authorizations are. They truly have optimal customer service. The infusion clinic is so clean, the chairs are comfy well kept and are heated! They have a snack station and even tvs in your own
