I had best experience at burgaw law enforcement office. Food was amaxing and people were really nice. Rooms felt werid but not bad.

I had a chance to visit a friend today in the hospital. I am truly amazed at the care and the facility. My friend was so sick and tonight he looks wonderful! That is from outstanding medical and nursing care. It is a team effort and that whole team is outstanding. The environment is clean, modern and well cared for. There is nothing in Wilmington that can compete with what I witnessed. We are blessed to have this facility in our community

I had the unfortunate experience of spending a couple nights in the emergency room at this Hospital in early January of 2024. I was left to lie in urine and blood all night long. I was neglected, treated inhumanely and was left in an undignified manner. Absolutely nothing was done about this. I was told that a good talking to would resolve the issue for the nurses and other staff on duty. I laid in my urine and blood and cried and called for help all night without any ability to reach my phone and after I dropped my nurse call Button. Before I dropped the call button I asked for help I was yelled at hung up on and nobody ever came to check on me the rest of the night. No help from anybody anywhere.

So I’m writing this review though I’m surprised there are not more concerning this medical facility. Today I had outpatient surgery at this wonderful medical facility. My outstanding care started at 6:15 this morning when I was checked in at registration. I unfortunately do not remember the name of the young lady, but she was professional, caring, and extremely polite, getting me checked in. Upon completion of my paperwork with her, she directed us to the surgical waiting area. After just a few minutes of waiting, a very friendly nurse with a long braided ponytail brought me back to begin my prep for surgery. She was extremely friendly, jovial, and put me at ease from the very beginning. Needless to say, I have been stressing about my procedure All week. From this point forward, things

First I would like to say I have been to this ER several times in the past 3 years. Always a positive experience, exceptional care by doctors and nurses. Then March 24, 2025 my husband rushed me to Pender 2 days post my gallbladder removal. I was doubled over extreme abdominal pain. I knew something was terribly wrong. My care that day was the worst care I've ever received. The male nurse fumbled around in and out of the room trying to get an IV started. No one came in to check me out period. Zero compassion or ergency. Then radiology came in with a wheel chair to do a CT scan. Two young ladies. They would not even help me sit in the wheel chair. Luckily my family was there to do it. Then when I got into the CT room they would not help me get out of the wheelchair and lay down nor help me
