Very impressed, inside looks modern/ futuristic with frosted sliding glass doors for each room, very clean atmosphere and surroundings, everyone was very nice and polite, took time to listen and understand the issues at hand and offer proper medical treatment and advice. I did the online availability so there was really no wait time once we arrived close to the time slot that was available. The attending PA was great and would totally go back here if I ever had another problem, this time it was for my child. Thanks again.

I made an appointment with Novant Go for a very bad cough and breathing problems. I was checked in quickly and was taken to a room. The nurse and PA were very friendly and professional. They diagnosed my problems and started treatment right away. Within 30 minutes I was feeling 100% better. I highly recommend this practice.

Staff was friendly. Physician was thorough and provided good guidance and help. No X-ray tech on-site that day but we didn’t need it for the specific issue we were seen. Glad to have an urgent care close by . Will use again if needed

My experience was excellent. The staff working were very friendly and the whole area was clean. I was seen and checked out all before my actual reserved appointment time. 2 prescriptions were sent in for me to a nearby pharmacy and available in 25 minutes for me to pick up and start. I will definitely be using this facility again for any of my future urgent care needs. Thank you

White heavy set lady at the front with black hair and black glasses. Spoke to me like I was stupid and didn’t understand the price to be seen out of pocket when I confirmed twice that I would like to be seen and pay out of pocket. Unfortunately for her it seems like we aren’t in the same tax bracket doesn’t mean she has to assume I’m some peasant to yell/ lecture me about the price to be seen. I left because I didn’t appreciate the attitude or the way she continued a conversation with her coworker in front of me as I tried to check in. Not the best experience. I don’t believe people like this should work in healthcare or shame people for wanting to be seen.
