I have been coming to this family medicine location for about 10 years, and Dr. Morcos is amazing when it comes to patient care and providing the best care whenever I need him. His medical assistant performs rapid vital sign checks and offers excellent customer service. The front office staff are quick and easy to deal with when it comes to check-in. Lab staff are pleasant and fast when it comes to receiving blood work. Overall, I definitely recommend coming here to get the best quality care.

The worse experience ever… was late by 15 minutes due to not getting transportation and still wouldn’t see my disabled grandfather. I work in the medical field myself and I have never seen this kind of disrespect and attitude. From the front desk to the doctor who wouldn’t even show their face, I do understand being late is not okay but when his feet is swelling and vomiting blood for a few days and to not get any form of comfort is so distasteful. Both of the doctors deserve to have their licenses revoked, sad that the families of mint hill don’t have better healthcare options… don’t bring your you family here find a place that treats your family like FAMILY

Dr. Heitbrink is great, gives you the information you need to hear with no fluff. Highly recommended place, it's always clean, staff is friendly, and they're quick to get you in and out. Thank you for keeping us healthy guys!

On time and caring staff. Laura is well-versed with Dr Chen’s requirements and protocols and is friendly and kind. Dr Chen is amazing. She looks at the patient as a whole, not just the ailing parts. She reviews test results immediately and has called late in the day and early morning if she has concerns. Dr Chen proactively reaches out to specialists when needed and advocates for her patients.

My family and I have been patients for years. We appreciate the friendly staff and specialized individual care. Highly recommend for all ages
