Mint Hill Pharmacy

Excellent team to work with; we have used them since they began and would not go anywhere else. It's a 'small town, family owned and operated' feel, reminds me of the way pharmacies were when I was growing up. You walk in and feel like you know everyone, and they know you! They are so friendly and helpful, and will go the extra mile to make sure we get everything we need - even making extra phone calls to get helpful info, and the scripts are filled so quickly; no long waiting for fills or refills. Just a great place to do business!!! Thanks to all of you for making it a pleasant experience!

Pharmacist James = 🐐 GOAT ⭐️ Struggled for MONTHS getting my son's prescription filled.... 🚫Walgreens - low supply, only filling 9 days at a time, or out of stock 🚫Harris Teeter - low supply, back ordered 🚫Publix - out of stock, back ordered 🚫Walmart - back ordered after telling me it was already ordered and otw 🚫CVS - no pharmacist to speak to only automated msg system, forced to leave a msg, no response still 5 days later ✅️MINT HILL PHARMACY - Ordered and received my whole 30 day prescription w/in 24hrs, completely covered by insurance, between snow storms.... Meanwhile all the other pharmacies are blaming the weather and manufacturer for low/out of stock.

Just got my flu shot no problem! Very friendly staff and they took my CVS Caremark insurance to cover the vaccine. If I took any medications I would definitely use them for their services. Highly recommend

The best Pharmacy! So much friendlier and personal than working with the big name brand pharmacies. It's nice to be able to have a personal connection with your pharmacist and be able to discuss new medications/treatments. I always recommend this pharmacy when I can!

Very friendly. I think James was the pharmacist. He had the meds I needed. I drove from Mount Holly to mint hill 43 miles from my home, to that pharmacy to be greeted by some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met in a pharmacy. I wish the pharmacy I go to here in Mount Holly had the friendly staff and work ethics like Mint Hill Pharmacy. CVS could learn a thing or two about customer service from Mint Hill Pharmacy. I wish I lived in Mint Hill just for that one experience alone. I’d give them a 10 if I could. They are definitely #1 in my book. Thanks James ( the pharmacist who helped me) you guys are primo.
