From start to finish, my experience with Dr. Roupas and his entire team was outstanding. Dr. Roupas does excellent work and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Stephanie and Melinda were both fantastic as well — professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the visit. What really stood out was how the entire office operates like a true top-notch team. The atmosphere felt calm, organized, and welcoming — almost like the kind of service you’d expect from a high-end Lexus dealership, where you’re treated more like a guest than just another appointment. I’ve been going here for years and have had great care with no complaints. Dr Rufus is the best, I especially loved my appointment with Ms. Trish. She got me in and out before work and provided excellent care. Her work is exceptional and she is excellent. This visit exceed my expectations; Trish has gone above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of.

Beautiful and very professional office. This was my first visit to Mint Hill Dentistry and I cannot say enough good things. From the moment I walked in, to my hygienist Tracey , and my exam with Dr.Vollmer, all very professional and educational.
