Norton Clark Hospital - Emergency

I've been here before and it was great! I went last night and it was horrid! I had the rudest doctor I've ever been seen by. Totally uninterested in what I had to say and just dismissed anything I had to say. He didn't even check out all of my symptoms. I'll never go back!

They have supported me many times in many times of medical emergency situations. They normally get you seen by a doctor in a pretty timely manner.

If you're going to the ER for pain and your dr is "Melissa," request another Dr!... long story, I took my husband twice this week for back pain. The first Dr was great. The first Dr on the second visit was my favorite she was very nice, clear about what was going on. What she was doing and going to do and helped keep him out of pain while she was the Dr. On Shift, her shift had ended, and "Melissa" took over. She came in twice a nasty attitude, I was trying to get an understanding of the meds he was being described she was not helpful at all because "she wasn't there for the first dr." Okay, understood. Asked the nurse what we could do about pain for the night. She went to talk to "Melissa" and a couple of minutes later, "Melissa" came back into the room. In a VERY rude and hateful manner

The staff at Clarksville ER was fantastic today. From triage to discharge, my daughter was met with compassion. Dasai and Whitney were top notch. Thank you ladies for the quality care.

This hospitality ridiculous, rude, treating everyone like they are our for drugs. I can in work chest, rib and back pain, that then stomach pain work loosing all feeling in my legs and had when I threw up 3 times in their care. I got " oh well we will do blood work but there isn't much we can do" I'm like seriously you're acting like I'm fine when I'm pale, vomiting, crying and screaming and can't walk
